My love for draping

These are some draping projects i had for school and we need to shoot it for class. so yea. (^_^) uhm, my model had to cancel last minute so my makeup artist, Janina had to shoot it. haha! (^_^) my dress still looked pretty on a petite model (janina is just 5'0"). kudos to my two great photographer friends mabel dizon and aaron abadilla. this is my second time to work with them, and i really love their shots everytime. (^_^) i really love shooting in UP. for me, i think UP is best because youll never run out of new places to shoot clothes. the season changes its landscape everytime, and new buildings, facade, roads and venues provide you a limitless possibility. so there, here below are just some of the photos from the shoot. Engineering Week 2009: Maskipaps

So me and the CT girls helped out IE club with the costumes. Since we are all clubbers, twas ok. I miss jana. Shes the head of the Maski Team and we were together most of the time, sourcing stuff for the competition. I got stressed one day, because we were rushing some stuff. Anyway, i was able to finish the clothes before the event. Rehearsals went fine. IE club ended up winning all the awards for that night, securing IE Clubs 20th win for EWOC. Good job everyone! CT Girls, Models, and Heads. (^_^)

IE Club's Greenlight Fashion Design Competition

IE Club organized the Greenlight Fashion Design Competition where there were 15 designs from different schools. All materials should be recycled. My piece was made from old round woven banig place mats. Then it had a haltered wired dress on top. The coverup was made from our old clothesline. haha~ I cut it into several lengths, then made spirals out of them. Then wired them back together. Spell EFFORT. hahahahahahahahahah~ Well, im happy with my piece. I won third. (^_^)

The place was hella crowded cos there was a party right after the competition. VERY VERY WARM. Thats why i was sweating like a pig on a treadmill at 100kph. lol. Some of the photos here are taken by my friend Josh Benitez. (^_^)
